Shipping policies

Shipping
    - Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
    - All shipments are handled by trusted carriers (e.g., TCS, Leopard).
    - Risk of loss passes to you once the package leaves our facility.

Shipping Policy

-Domestic Shipping 
    - Standard shipping: PKR 150, delivered within 3‑7 business days.
    - Express shipping: PKR 350, delivered within 1‑2 business days.

-International Shipping
    - Available to selected countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

- Order Processing
    - Orders placed before 2 PM (PKT) are processed the same day; otherwise, the next business day.

- Tracking
    - A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

- Delays
    - Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

- Lost or Damaged Packages
    - If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with the tracking number and photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
