 Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and purchase of products from Artisan Soul (the “Store”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders & Payment
    - Prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes.
    - Payment must be completed at checkout via Shopify’s supported gateways (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
    - We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.

2. Shipping & Delivery
    - Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
    - All shipments are handled by trusted carriers (e.g., TCS, Leopard).
    - Risk of loss passes to you once the package leaves our facility.

3. Returns & Exchanges
    - Due to the handmade nature of our items, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt if the product is unused, in original condition, and with the original packaging.
    - To initiate a return, contact support@artisansoul.pk with your order number.
    - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Intellectual Property
    - All designs, images, and text on this site are the exclusive property of Artisan Soul. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability
    - Artisan Soul is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

6. Governing Law
    - These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi.

7. Changes to the Terms
    - We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date.
